Welcome to ApexNotes, provided by Indy Superbikes ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, ApexNotes (the "App").
Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.
Collection of Your Information
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App includes:

Personal Data: To create an account, we collect your email address. This is used solely for authentication purposes and to allow you to sign in securely. If you use Sign in with Apple, we may receive your name and email address as provided by Apple.

User-Generated Data: We collect and store the data you voluntarily create within the App. This includes all information you enter for a track session, such as track names, dates, motorcycle details, suspension settings, tire data, and performance notes. This information is linked to your user account.

Location Data: We request access to your device's location to provide location-based features, such as fetching the nearest racetrack and current weather conditions. We only access your location when you explicitly use these features within the app.

Device Data: We may collect anonymous information about your mobile device, such as your device model and operating system version, to help us troubleshoot bugs and improve the App's performance.

Use of Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we use information collected about you via the App to:

Data Storage and Security
All of your personal and user-generated data is stored securely on Google Firebase, a third-party cloud service. We use industry-standard security measures and Firestore's security rules to protect your information from unauthorized access.
Sharing of Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. All data you enter is private to your account and is not shared with other users.
The only exception is for user-submitted track information. If you submit a new track for review, the track's name and address may be added to the public track database available to all users if it is approved. Your personal user ID will not be publicly associated with the track.

Your Rights
You have the right to access, edit, or delete your session data at any time directly within the App. You can also delete your account by contacting us at the email address below.
